SECTION 5: AMENDMENT PROCEDURES

An individual faculty member or group of faculty members may propose an amendment to the Institutional Policies & Procedures.  Amendments must be approved by a majority vote of the faculty.  Amendments to the Institutional Policies & Procedures will become effective at the start of the next academic year, unless a different effective date is approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the faculty.
