BIOL 334L - Laboratory: Cellular Biochemistry Lab
This laboratory explores the various way biochemists study a single macromolecule, protein. Methods covered in class include: assay techniques, chromatography, electrophoresis, enzyme kinetics, Western blot analysis, and purification. One three hour lab per week.

Prerequisite(s): CHEM 330 or BIOL 334 or concurrent enrollment.
