HIST 246 - Twentieth-Century Europe This course will cover European history from 1914 to the 1990’s. Topics to be covered include the great wars of the twentieth century and their social, political, and cultural ramifications, the growth of fascim and totalitarian governments, the creation of the welfare state, and the impact of nationalism on modern European society.
Credit(s): 4 General Education Designations: Historical Perspectives in Western Culture, Information Literacy, Written Communication Offered: every third year.
