MATH 131 - Trigonometry Fundamental concepts of trigonometry needed for calculus including right triangle and general trigonometry and trigonometric functions. Advising information: A student is ready for this course if they have had any of the following: College credit with a C- or better in MATH 108 or any college level math or statistics course (Simpson, transfer, dual credit, etc., includes stats course from Econ, Biol, Psyc, and Soc departments), AP stats score of 3 or higher, ACT math of 18 or higher, SAT math of 500 or higher or four years of high school math that includes Algebra 2 or equivalent with a C or better.
