GEOG 120 - Introduction to Human Geography This course provides students with an introduction to the major themes and concepts of the field of human geography. Through real-world case studies and examples, it offers an overview of the discipline’s subfields of social, cultural, urban, political, and economic geography which investigate how humans and their practices vary across space and over time. Helping students to understand contemporary issues confronting our world from a geographic perspective is also an aim of the course.
