EDUC 115 - Child and Adolescent development Explores typical and atypical growth and development of human beings from birth through adolescence. Relevant research and theories are examined especially as they relate to providing opportunities that support physical, cognitive, social-emotional development. An emphasis is placed on individual and group behavior, motivation, and engagement. Applicable to professions working with children and adolescents, coaching, and parenting.
