BIOL 110 - Principles of Biology I A course that imparts an appreciation of the vast diversity of structure and function in prokaryotes, protists, fungi, animals, and plants, and an understanding of their evolutionary relationships and adaptations to their environments. Three lectures and one three-hour laboratory period. Biology 110 is the prerequisite for BIOL 235 , BIOL 245 , BIOL 253 , BIOL 322 , BIOL 350 , BIOL 358 .
